WATCH: You won’t believe how huge these 5 high schools look when seen from the air

Some high schools have grown large or unique enough that seeing them from the air is the best way to appreciate them.

Here are five in the region like that:

TROTWOOD-MADISON

Trotwood-Madison High School is located on 146 acres of land at 4440 N. Union Rd. Construction started in May 2003, and the opening ceremony for the new school was held on Aug. 28, 2005.

CHAMINADE JULIENNE

Chaminade Julienne High School added Roger Glass Stadium and Eagle Field in 2016, which expanded the school campus to Longworth Street and established their own home fields.

BEAVERCREEK

Beavercreek High School has an enrollment of more than 2,300 students in Greene County and has its main entrance located at the back of the school as part of a renovation to expand classroom space and ease traffic flow around the school.

CENTERVILLE

In 2007, Centerville High School completed construction of a new entrance along with chemistry and physics classrooms and labs. Improvements were also made to the cafeteria commons area.

FAIRMONT

Fairmont High School is rebuilding the main auditorium along Shroyer Boulevard.
