The wind will pick up on Thursday and help improve the foggy conditions, however showers will be possible, especially toward evening. Temperatures may approach record highs on Thursday, reaching into the upper 50s.
Arctic air will return Friday and with a storm system nearby, expect rain to change to a wintry mix Friday before changing to snow Friday night into Saturday. Snow accumulations appear likely.
