Brianne Taylor, 35, of Milwaukee, is charged with first-degree sexual assault and obstructing an officer in connection to the investigation, according to Milwaukee County court records.

According to court records, on Nov. 28, 2018, the child claimed Taylor, her swimming instructor "tickled her 'private zone'" underwater during a lesson at the Elite Sports Club in Glendale, WISN reported.
In a text message to the television station, Taylor denied the charges and said she would fight the accusations.
"I've been accused of something, falsely accused of something, and it's just gone down the deep end,” Taylor texted. “So, or, you know, it's not going down the deep end any more, because I'm fighting it.”
According to the criminal complaint, police in Madison investigated a similar claim against Taylor in 2014 when she worked at YMCA Madison East, WISN reported. That complaint involved an 11-year-old girl, prosecutors wrote in the complaint.
"They misreported that, which is … yeah," Taylor told the television station. "I learned from this experience that you can't trust anybody that you don't know."
Detectives interviewed Taylor in December. She denied having inappropriate contact with a child, according to WISN.
"Nobody cares about the truth. Everybody just cares about drama," Taylor told the television station.
