Bill’s Donut Shop back in business after holiday hiatus

Bill's Donut Shop enthusiasts are in luck this Monday morning. The Centerville donut shop has reopened after an 11-day holiday hiatus.

The shop closed down on Dec. 24 and reopened mid-afternoon Sunday, Jan. 5.

“We want our hard-working employees to enjoy the time with family,” Bill’s Donut Shop’s owners said on the shop’s Facebook page when they announced the holiday hours.

The decision to close to accommodate employees was warmly received on the shop’s Facebook page.

“I think it’s awesome how (you) think about your employees,”  one commenter wrote. “Merry Christmas!”

Bill’s Donut Shop is located at 268 N. Main St. (Ohio 48) in Centerville.
