Barring trades, Bengals draft haul will be biggest in quarter century

The Cincinnati Bengals own 11 draft picks this year, with multiple selections in the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh rounds as compensation for free agents the team lost last offseason.

This equals the most picks the team has had since before the league shrunk the draft to seven rounds in 1994. The Bengals also had 11 picks in 2009 and 2004. The most prior to that was 13 in 1992 when the draft lasted 12 rounds.
