It’s been a disappointing season in Cincinnati with no shortage of drama. Perhaps the biggest surprise is a stat provided by Mike Clay on Monday night.

Fifteen: The Bengals have only attempted 15 field goals, a shockingly low number. The offense has been up and down without much assistance from its kicking unit.

Cincinnati has scored seven or fewer points in four games, including in the last two. Fully maximizes players such as AJ Green and Joe Mixon has been a point of debate throughout the year.

For perspective, the Jimmy Garoppolo-led 49ers have attempted exactly 15 field goals over the last three games.
