Sam Breen commits to Dayton Flyers women’s basketball

The Dayton Flyers women’s basketball team received a verbal commitment from Sam Breen, a 6-foot-2 post player from Cranberry, Pa., and member of the class of 2017.

Breen is a senior North Catholic High School. She’s a three-star recruit, according to ESPN, and ranks 28th in the nation at her position. She was also considering Virginia Tech, Richmond and Iona.
