Who: Hiram (0-8, 0-5 North Coast Athletic Conference) at Wittenberg (7-1, 4-1 NCAC).

When: 1 p.m. today.

Where: Edwards-Maurer Field in Springfield.

Hiram notes: The Terriers have lost 16 games in a row and have won twice in their last 36 games. Hiram has played Wittenberg 11 times since 2000 and lost every game by at least 35 points.

Wittenberg notes: The Tigers will win a share of the NCAC title by winning their last two games. Entering today’s games, they were tied with Wabash, Ohio Wesleyan and Kenyon atop the conference. … Quarterback Reed Florence leads the NCAC in passing touchdowns (17).

Who: Central State (3-5, 3-3 Great Lakes Valley Conference) at McKendree (2-6, 2-4 GLVC).

When: 1:30 p.m. today.

Where: Lebanon, Ill.

Central State notes: The Marauders climbed into fifth place in the GLVC by beating Quincy 32-16 last week. They trailed 16-14 in the third quarter but scored the last 18 points. … Darius Wilson leads NCAA Division II with 12.7 tackles per game.

McKendree notes: McKendree has the second-best rush defense in the league, but the ninth-worst pass defense.

Who: William Jewell (2-7, 1-5 GLVC) at Urbana (6-3, 4-2 GLVC).

When: Noon, today.

Where: Blue Knight Stadium.

William Jewell notes: The Cardinals have lost five games in a row, including a 48-3 loss at first-place Indianapolis last week. They rank fourth in the league in passing yards (232 per game).

Urbana notes: Two missed extra points and three turnovers cost Urbana in a 13-12 loss to Missouri S&T last week. D.J. Mendenhall threw for 373 yards in the loss. … Urbana is tied for third place with St. Joseph’s.

Who: Wilmington (1-7, 1-6 Ohio Athletic Conference) at Ohio Northern (3-5, 3-4 OAC).

When: 1:30 p.m. today.

Where: Ada, Ohio.

Wilmington notes: Brandon Arehart had Wilmington’s only touchdown last week, a 15-yard run in the fourth quarter in a 34-7 loss to John Carroll. The Quakers had 150 total yards in the loss.

Ohio Northern notes: The Polar Bears are trying to win two games in a row for the first time this season. They beat Muskingum 20-19 last week on a 5-yard touchdown pass from Tate Humphrey to Anthony Fletcher with 33 seconds left.
