Five things: Running game big for Buckeyes in win over PSU

1. Quarterback question: J.T. Barrett (here scoring in the second quarter) looks like the guy for Ohio State. Urban Meyer said he will announce a starter for the Rutgers game on Monday, but Barrett relieved Jones on Saturday in a 38-10 victory over Penn State and outplayed him. Barrett could return to the starting role he lost when he suffered a season-ending injury against Michigan last season in the final game of the regular season. Barrett rushed for two touchdowns in the second quarter as Ohio State rallied from a 3-0 deficit. He threw two touchdown passes in the fourth quarter to put the game away. He rushed for 102 yards. “I felt good," Barrett said. "I thought I found it early. Running the ball helps me get in a rhythm.” Photo by David Jablonski/Staff
