Auburn football opens as 3-touchdown home favorite over Ole Miss

AUBURN, Ala. — The state of Alabama outscored the state of Mississippi 115-13 in Week 5. Auburn football is expected to extend that lead in Round 2 next Saturday.

No. 12 Auburn (4-1, 2-0 SEC) opened as a 21-point favorite over Ole Miss (2-2, 0-1 SEC) on Sunday afternoon, according to Vegas Insider. The game inside Jordan-Hare Stadium will kick off at noon ET/11 a.m. CT this Saturday and will be televised on the SEC Network.

Auburn is fresh off a 49-10 rout of Mississippi State, which was its second straight win of 30-plus points against an SEC opponent. Ole Miss suffered one of its worst losses in school history Saturday night in a 66-3 loss to No. 1 Alabama.
