College football betting odds: ACC Week 6 games

The early college football betting odds for Week 6 include some very interesting numbers for ACC fans to watch. The weekend includes six ACC games, including one of the conference’s marquee matchup of the season between Miami and Florida State.

Despite needing a long touchdown pass in the final minute to beat Wake Forest, Florida State opened as a 1-point underdog. Florida State had a game cancelled and another postponed because of Hurricane Irma, so the Seminoles have only played 3 games. The other two were losses to Alabama and N.C. State, both of which are now ranked.

Miami, though, is in a similar situation. The Hurricanes also lost a game and had another postponed because of the storm, but the biggest difference is Miami remains undefeated at 3-0.

In another cross-divisional rivalry game, Syracuse opened as a 2-point home favorite against Pitt. The Orange are coming off a pair of tough road losses against LSU and N.C. State. Pitt beat up on Rice in Week 5, but in the previous three games, opponents outscored Pitt 127-52.

The weekend officially begins Thursday with a very interesting Atlantic Division showdown between Louisville and N.C. State. The Cardinals opened as a 3.5-point road favorite against the Wolfpack on Sunday. The winner will have the inside track to be Clemson’s biggest competition in the ACC although Louisville is really two games behind the Tigers since they already lost to Clemson.
