Oklahoma State is the favorite out of Vegas and ESPN’s College GameDay crew agrees.
Desmond Howard, Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit and guest picker Bruce Smith picked Oklahoma State to bounce back on Saturday and beat Texas Tech at Jones AT&T Stadium.
Here’s what the GameDay had to say:
Desmond Howard: “Texas Tech big win last week against Houston … but I gotta go Cowboys, I think they bounce back from that TCU loss, so I’m going Oklahoma State.
Bruce Smith: “I’m also going Oklahoma State. They have a very talented QB that can put up a lot of points. The defense has to hold up the end of the bargain, though.”
Lee Corso: “Oklahoma State’s beaten them five times in a row and averaged 54 points doing it. Oklahoma State.”
Kirk Herbstreit: “You always say pack a sandwich for these games that take four hours. This is this week’s proverbial ‘pack a sandwich’ game. I think Texas Tech at home will score, but I think Mason Rudolph … gets back in the Heisman race with a big day.”
Rece Davis: “You don’t have to pack a sandwich, they throw you tortillas.”
Oklahoma State and Texas Tech kick off at 8 p.m. ET on FOX.
