Joining Sills on the list is Armanti Foreman of Texas, Marcell Ateman and James Washington of Oklahoma State, and Dylan Cantrell and Keke Coutee of Texas Tech.
Sills has 25 catches on the year, and according to PFF, has been targeted 39 times, according to the list.
