Former Ohio State running back Bri-onte Dunn was arrested Wednesday on charges of rape and kidnapping, WBNS-10TV reports.
According to the report, investigators say a woman alleged Dunn forced intercourse in her home in August.
This would certainly not be Dunn’s first incident involving violence against women, as he was dismissed from the team prior to last season following an incident in which he hit and choked his then-girlfriend. According to the Columbus Dispatch, he later pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor count of assault and was placed on probation.
Dunn was a four-star recruit in the Class of 2012 and was considered a possibility for the starting running back spot last season, but the incident ended his career before the season.
