Indiana has a new starting quarterback. Peyton Ramsey is taking over the role for Richard Lagow.
Hoosiers coach Tom Allen announced the change on Monday.
Indiana has struggled on offense at times during a 2-2 start to the season. But Ramsey has been more efficient when he’s on the field. Ramsey has thrown as many touchdown passes as Lagow and two fewer interceptions. Ramsey also adds another dimension on the ground with 117 rushing yards.
Ramey’s first game as the starter will be this Saturday against Charleston Southern.
