Notre Dame running back Josh Adams’ strong start to his junior season has him climbing up the school’s leaderboard for rushing yards.
On Saturday, against Miami-Ohio, Adams moved into the Top 10 on the school’s all-time rushing yardage list.

Adams ran for 835 yards and 6 touchdowns as a freshman in 2015 and had 933 yards and 5 scores on the ground as a sophomore in 2016.
Going into Saturday’s game, Adams had 499 yards rushing and 2 touchdowns on 65 carries, an average of 7.7 yards per carry. He racked up 161 yards rushing against Temple and had a career-high 229 yards rushing against Boston College.
