LOOK: Temple tweets out bizarre gameday image featuring squirrels

Someone may want to check in with the graphics department over at Temple University today.

The Owls are 2-2 so far and play at home against Houston on Saturday, but the university Twitter account tweeted out a really odd image to get fans excited for the game.

Yes, the cougar mascot of Houston is there, but so are five squirrels randomly appearing as Houston fans throughout the image. One squirrel is riding the cougar while another holds a sign, another has pom-poms in its hands and the other two have a sign as well as a soda.

It’s likely supposed to be a bad Photoshop job, which makes it hilarious, but it leaves enough to the imagination to wonder if it could have been a misstake. It’s a great attempt at humor, and who doesn’t love a good squirrel doing non-squirrel things, but this might have been an attempt at humor where Temple tried a little too hard to get a laugh.
