The NCAA will give Arizona latitude on what to do with coach Sean Miller and Deandre Ayton.
According to CBS Sports’ Tracy Wolfson, NCAA president Mark Emmert said it’s the school’s decision on Miller and Ayton’s availability for Saturday’s game versus Oregon.
The Arizona coach was captured on an FBI wiretap discussing paying $100,000 to ensure the signing of star recruit Deandre Ayton. Miller’s name came as the latest bombshell in the pay-for-play scandal and FBI investigation that was first reported by Yahoo Sports.
Emmert also noted that he’s been in communication with all the schools involved in the report.
Arizona takes on Oregon at 10:15 p.m. ET.
