LINCOLN, Neb. — Nebraska released its latest depth chart ahead of its matchup with Wisconsin. The Huskers face the Badgers on Saturday (8 p.m. ET, Big Ten Network).
Some notes from the depth chart:
- Running back Tre Bryant has been moved to the injured list. He was previously listed as the starting I-back up until last week. He originally injured a knee in Nebraska’s loss to Oregon. Mikale Wilbon will get the start in Bryant’s place, with Devine Ozigbo sharing snaps.
- Freshman Brenden Jaimes has officially moved into the No. 1 spot at right tackle. He was at the N0. 2 spot behind senior David Knevel against Illinois. His performance in the absence of Knevel and redshirt freshman Matt Farniok has clearly made an impression on the coaches.
- Freshman linebacker Ben Stille was just named Big Ten Freshman of the Week, so it makes sense that he jumped ahead of Alex Davis to take the No. 2 spot at outside linebacker.
