Oklahoma plunges to No. 10 seed in ESPN’s latest tournament bracketology

Oklahoma men’s basketball dropped four spots to a No. 10 seed in the ESPN’s latest NCAA Tournament bracketology on Thursday.

The plummet comes three days after the Sooners suffered a 104-74 loss at Kansas — marking the most lopsided defeat for Oklahoma all season. The Sooners have now lost 6 consecutive games and 9 of their last 11.

The latest bracketology has Oklahoma slotted in the West — facing off against Houston at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Mich. in the opening round. The Sooners were previously slotted as a No. 6 seed in the East before the blowout loss vs. the Jayhawks.

Oklahoma will look to stop the bleeding on Saturday when they host Kansas State at Lloyd Noble Center in Norman, Okla. The Sooners’ most recent victory, a 98-96 win against Baylor, came all the way back on Jan. 30.
