The New England Patriots are bringing back special teams ace Matthew Slater.
Slater is signing a two-year deal to return to New England, per Mike Reiss of ESPN.
The former UCLA Bruin has spent his entire career with the Patriots. He’s set to make it season No. 11 in New England this coming season.
Slater’s made a name for himself on special teams since the Patriots drafted him in the fifth found of the 2008 NFL Draft out of UCLA. He’s been to seven Pro Bowls all as a special teams selection and he’s won two Super Bowls during his time with the Patriots.
