Report: Texas A&M’s Robert Williams to declare for 2018 NBA Draft

Texas A&M was soundly defeated by Michigan 99-62 in the Sweet 16 on Thursday night, and following the game, Aggies forward Robert Williams announced that he will be declaring for the 2018 NBA Draft, per Sam Vecenie.

Williams, who burst onto the scene during the tournament with his windmill dunks and massive blocks, is expected to be a first round pick in the draft, with SEC Country’s mock draft putting him at No. 13 to the Denver Nuggets.

Williams averaged 10.3 points and 9.3 rebounds per game as a sophomore during the 2017-18 season.
