“First, I would like to say that our thoughts and prayers are with the people affected in our great city, in the attacks that have occurred,” said Herman.
“I know law enforcement is working ’round the clock to figure out what the heck is going on.”
All in all, four devices have exploded in Austin during the month of March, claiming the lives of two citizens. The most recent explosion came on March 18.
Herman described Garrido as “a friend, a mentor, a game-changer, really, in the sport of college baseball. He’ll definitely be missed here.”
