On the special teams start, including Saquon Barkley’s KR TD:

“I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a better half of special teams in my 23 years doing this.”

On the field goal problems, misses:

“Unacceptable. That’s something we’ve got to clean up.”

On Saquon Barkley:

“Offensively, everyone’s game plan is to stop Saquon Barkley and the run game. We’ve got to get the running game cleaned up and be better, but that’s another example of why we wanted to get Saquon involved as a kick returner. It’s another way to get the ball in his hands.”

On improving:

“For where we want to go, and what we want to do, we’ve got to get better.”

On the struggles during the middle of the game:

“I felt like we took the foot off the gas a little bit in the second and third quarter. You’ve got to give [Indiana] credit, though. … We’ve got to be able to play four quarters at a very high level.”

On Saquon Barkley:

“Saquon can hurt you as a returner, he can hurt you as a receiver, which we’ve seen a lot. The game has evolved, the game has changed. You have to take advantage of your playmakers in a variety of ways, and Saquon allows us to do that. He’s got so many tools in his tool box.”
