It’s hard to trust in someone’s musical tastes when their brothers are former Vine stars, but Will Grier’s Mountaineer Beats playlist is very good.
There are some seriously questionable choices on it, such as the inclusion of a little too much Travis Scott, a mediocre J Cole song that goes right along with every other mediocre J Cole song, and the presence of any Kid Cudi song from this decade.
From this, we can make one conclusion, that Will Grier really, really likes Lil Wayne. Hopefully his tastes extend towards the objectively better, older Lil Wayne and not just his new stuff, which is fine, but not his best.
He also likes 2 Chainz, Future, and Drake, which are all very normal artists for a guy his age to like. Future is an inclusion I can definitely get behind, even if Drake isn’t exactly my speed.
It’s a very milquetoast playlist, which leads me to believe that Will Grier actually likes the good songs from these artists, and has to dull it down because this is an official WVU athletics playlist and you can’t exactly have anything too explicit on their.
Will Grier’s music tastes have officially been pronounced as pretty good, despite the inclusion of questionable artists and too many songs from average artists.
