Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is known to talk trash, and Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman didn’t want to hear it.
Kelce caught as pass for a first down, and celebrated right in the face of some Washington defensive backs. A flag was thrown, but the official picked it up soon after.
It appeared that Norman took some exception to what Kelce did, because he tried to run right through him on the very next play. Kelce got right up and gave Norman a golf clap.

The hit was clean. Norman didn’t drop his head or aim for Kelce’s. He aimed right for the shoulder pads and made a clean, hard play.
Norman has little room to get angry with a player for talking trash, because he is known for getting under the skin of opposing wide receivers. However, the play was impressive, especially considering Kelce is much larger man than he is.
Kelce did get revenge though later in the second quarter with a touchdown catch. albeit off of a different defensive back. Also, Norman is questionable to return to the game with a rib injury.
