HS Roundup 2/3: Carroll wins double-overtime thriller

A 16-point comeback in the second half led to a double-overtime win for the Carroll girls basketball team Monday.

Carroll defeated Minster, 67-65.

Girls Basketball

Lakota West 64, Sycamore 54: Chance Gray sank six three-pointers to lead the Firebirds with 30. Leah Riley had 22 for Sycamore. Lakota West is now 13-1 in conference play and 16-4 overall.

Northridge 42, Stebbins 26: Ayanna Mackey had 8 for the Polar Bears; Le’Nay Barret chipped in 7.

Newton 39, Cedarville 34: Brooke Deeter led with 13 points. A strong defensive effort helped the Indians past Cedarville.

Badin 44, Edgewood 37: Badin saw three players score in double-digits as they won Monday night. Mickayla Kowalski led the way with 14 points. Badin is now 13-8.

Boys Bowling

Graham 2705, Benjamin Logan 2540: Bryce Loomis bowled a 224 game for Benjamin Logan.

Mechanicsburg 2728, Troy 2570, Greenon 2222, Fairborn 2129: Ethan Edwards bowled a 458 series.

Girls Bowling

Benjamin Logan 2229, Graham 2077: Kaylee Nicholas bowled a 400 series.
