HS Roundup 8/17: Centerville, Alter finish with draw to open season

Centerville and Alter battled to a 1-1 draw to open the girls soccer season on Friday.

Nicoletta Anuci put Alter ahead with a score in the second half, but Sydney Kemp netted the equalizer for Centerville.

Bellbrook 2, Northmont 0: Bailey Sedlak scored the first goal and assisted Sydney Hollingsworth on the second to lead Bellbrook.

Chaminade Julienne 3, Butler 0: Meyah Haywood paced CJ with a pair of goals and Allie Bardine tacked on a score.
