Thad Matta out at Ohio State: Former players react on social media

The unexpected end to the coaching tenure of Thad Matta at Ohio State not surprisingly garnered a big reaction from around the Internet.

Though the Buckeyes have not performed up to the high standards he set during the first half of his career in Columbus, there is no doubt he engendered strong feelings from the men who played for him, including Jared Sullinger, J.J. Sullinger and Aaron Craft.

Matta coached the Buckeyes for 13 seasons.
