Coach Anthony Grant provided us with an update after the first week of summer workouts (See video above).

In short, he likes what he has seen so far, but he cautioned it is early, especially from a team perspective.
The better each Flyer is able to develop his body and his game this summer, the more likely season two of the Grant era has a happier ending than the first.

“I’m excited about the group we have,” Grant said. “We’ve got a nice mix of veterans that have some experience who can help teach the younger guys our culture and style of play, then with the young guys I think their talent level, the opportunity to be here. I think they’re excited to bond with their teammates to get more comfortable being on a college campus. I think all those things are great during the summer.”
