Sunday: Sunny skies are on tap. It'll be a notch warmer with highs in the lower 70s for most of the region.
Monday: A warming trend kicks in with highs in the middle to upper 70s under mostly sunny skies.
Tuesday: Highs will be in the upper 70s under mostly sunny skies.
Wednesday: A few more clouds are expected. Highs will be in the lower 80s.
Thursday: The chance for rain returns under partly cloudy skies. Highs will be in the middle 70s.
