Sunday: Sunny skies are on tap. It'll be a notch warmer with highs in the lower 70s for most of the region.

Monday: A warming trend kicks in with highs in the middle to upper 70s under mostly sunny skies.

Tuesday: Highs will be in the upper 70s under mostly sunny skies.
