WPAFB Wednesday Weather: Afternoon showers; fog likely tonight

WRIGHT PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE—Pack your umbrella as you head out the door today as showers will develop by early afternoon, said Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell.

With the rain will come warmer temperatures as highs reach into the lower 50s. With all the moisture in place tonight, areas of fog and drizzle will be likely. Temperatures will hold nearly steady through the night.

More rain will arrive on Thursday with locally heavy rainfall possible. Temperatures,despite the rain, will approach 60 degrees Thursday afternoon.

Rain showers will linger into early Friday and may mix with some snow before ending. Temperatures will drop into the 30s by Friday afternoon.
