It’s National Donut Day! And when it comes to Best of Dayton, donuts are the hottest debate.

The Best Donut contest has led voting from the start, topping a group of popular contests that includes Best Pizza Restaurant, Best Ice Cream, Best Breakfast and Best Bakery.

The finalists are: Bear Creek Donuts, Bill’s Donut Shop, The Donut Haus Bakery, Jim’s Donut Shop and Stan the Donut Man.
