Bengals announce season-ticket pricing

The Bengals today unveiled a new two-tier model for 2016 season tickets that sets different prices for preseason and regular season game.

“We are adopting a model this year that prices the preseason games at a lower point than regular-season games,” Bengals Executive Vice-President Katie Blackburn said in a statement. “It’s a growing trend across the NFL, and we want to address the interests of fans who have expressed a desire for these options. We look forward to having a great 2016 season with an even stronger Season Ticket base.”

Reserve seats for 2016 preseason games will range from $23-$62, which is down from the $35-$95 range that was in place last year.

The preseason opponents have yet to be announced, although the Colts likely will be the opponent for the preseason finale at Paul Brown Stadium.

The Bengals and Colts have played the fourth and final game of the preseason for 13 consecutive years, alternating sites every year except for two straight games at PBS in 2013 and 2014. Last season's game was played Indianapolis.
