Cincinnati Bengals first-round draft pick Cedric Ogbuehi is among the first-year players attending the NFL Rookie Symposium in Cleveland this week, and he's blogging about the experience.

In his post Wednesday, Ogbuehi said he's been learning how to manage finances and being warned about the consequences of poor choices.

"We heard a lot about the stress of balancing everything during your rookie year, which can be a long season," Ogbuehi wrote. "I am working out, learning the playbook, trying to do all of the little things you have to do to become a good player in this league. Cincinnati can expect to see a guy who is going to give it his all, compete and try to help this team win. I feel good. It’s a blessing to be in this situation, and I’m just taking it all in."

Fifth-round pick C.J. Uzomah also is participating in the symposium and also has a blog.

The AFC rookies have been in Cleveland since Sunday and wrapped up today. The NFC rookies arrived today and will take part in all the seminars and other activities through Saturday.
