Television cameras showed trainers working on Eifert's left foot on the bench as the placed it in a protective wrap. He left Aloha Stadium in a walking boot and plans to undergo more tests when he gets back to Cincinnati, according to the report on the team's website.
Eifert caught one pass for 11 yards in the game to help Team Irvin to a 49-27 win against Team Rice.
Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green has three catches for 60 yards, including a 44-yarder from Minnesota's Teddy Bridgewater that put the ball at the Team Rice 7-yard line.
