Eifert injured in Pro Bowl

Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert treated Nick Cosgray, the team's director of rehabilitation, to a trip to Hawaii for the Pro Bowl as a reward for helping him recover from a season-ending shoulder injury in 2014, but the two may be spending more time together than Eifert would like after he suffered a foot injury in Sunday's game.

Eifert appeared to catch a 35-yard touchdown pass from Jameis Winston early in the fourth quarter, but according to Bengals.com , he jammed his heel and lost the ball as he went to the ground.

Television cameras showed trainers working on Eifert's left foot on the bench as the placed  it in a protective wrap. He left Aloha Stadium in a walking boot and plans to undergo more tests when he gets back to Cincinnati, according to the report on the team's website.

Eifert caught one pass for 11 yards in the game to help Team Irvin to a 49-27 win against Team Rice.

Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green has three catches for 60 yards, including a 44-yarder from Minnesota's Teddy Bridgewater  that put the ball at the Team Rice 7-yard line. Two plays later, Bridgewater hit Philadelphia's Darren  Sproles with a 2-yard touchdown pass to put Team Irvin up 28-14 with 32 seconds left before halftime.

Bengals defensive tackle Geno Atkins had four tackles, including two for loss, for Team Irvin, while defensive end Carlos Dunlap had one tackle and one pass defended. Cornerback Adam Jones had one tackle.

Tackle Andrew Whitworth also was a member of the victorious Team Irvin squad.

Running back Cedric Peerman, who made the Pro Bowl as a special teamer, had one carry for 6 yards and two receptions for 24 yards for Team Irvin.
