Clinton, former U.S. Secretary of State, is battling Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders for the Democratic nomination.
Her plan seeks to "create good-paying jobs, rebuild crumbling infrastructure, and connect housing to opportunity in communities that are being left out and left behind," according to the campaign.
The plan is getting support from the mayors of Atlanta, Boston, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco and Washington D.C., according to the news release.
