Night 4 RNC - Tom Barrack, CEO and real estate investor

Tom Barrack, a longtime friend of Trump's, was the first person to host a fundraiser for Trump.

Barrack said his friendship with Trump goes back 40 years. He said the easiest place to find Trump and see him is through his children, which the audience has had the chance to see this week.

"The best reflection on us is our wives. For Donald, it's his wife Melania. She's a timeless tribute to beauty and grace under pressure."

He told a story of battling Trump in a real estate deal. Barrack was afraid of losing  his job. Trump offered to buy it for the asking price if he told Trump everything  wrong with it, and did it with a handshake."

"He believes in punctuality, he befriends the bewildered, he pushes everyone around him past comfort barriers  they thought they could never shatter."
