Ohioans can feel the Bern

U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders, D-Vermont, is bringing his presidential campaign to Ohio on Thursday morning.

Sanders is competing against former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination. They will be on the March 15 primary ballot.

Sanders will host a rally Baldwin Wallace University in Berea near Cleveland. The rally will be in the Ursprung Gymnasium, Lou Higgins Center, 136 E. Bagley Road.

The event is free and open to the public. Admission is first come, first served and doors open at 7 a.m.

Attendees should not bring bags and should only bring small personal items like keys or cell phones. No weapons, sharp objects, chairs, backpacks, or signs and banners on sticks will be permitted.

On-campus parking is very limited. There is limited parking for people with disabilities in the Math and Science parking lot on Jacobs T. off of Beech Street.
