The Ohio Supreme Court on Monday indefinitely suspended the license of Dayton attorney Shawn Patrick Hooks.
The Dayton Bar Association brought a disciplinary complaint against Hooks in 2013 for failing to diligently represent his clients and keep them informed about their case. In June 2014, the supreme court imposed a six month license suspension, but stayed if Hooks paid $1,400 in disciplinary board costs. In November 2014, the court revoked that stay.
