Asian restaurant to open 2nd location Saturday

A new Asian restaurant is poised to open in the Springboro Pike-Alex Bell Road area this weekend.

The second location of CJ Chan Chinese & Japanese Cuisine is scheduled to open this Saturday, Jan. 16 at 2747 W. Alex-Bell Road, just east of Springboro Pike (Ohio 741) near Chappys Tap Room and Grille.

CJ Chan opened its first restaurant at 536 Wilmington Ave. at Irving Avenue near the University of Dayton in 2010. The Moraine restaurant is a second location, and there are no plans to close the Dayton location, the restaurants’ owners said.

CJ Chan serves sushi and a wide variety of Chinese and Japanese dishes for dine-in and carryout. The new 1,800-square-foot restaurant will have a seating capacity of about 55.
