Gated apartment complex to open this week in Dayton

A West Dayton residential complex will open to the public this week.

The Bridges of Pine Creek Apartments is an apartment- and townhome-complex of 315 units at 3771 Cornell Drive. A ribbon cutting is scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, the complex’ management company said.

Bridges of Pine Creek is a gated community offering what its management company called three “neighborhoods with one and two bedroom apartments and townhomes.”

Towne Properties leases and manages the property.
