“The acquisition provides ABC Supply with its third location in the Dayton market,” ABC said. “Current Rooftek Roofing Supplies associates will continue to work at the location, providing a seamless transition for existing customers.”
The company boosts ABC’s presence in Dayton’s south suburbs, Tom Kuchan, vice president of ABC Supply’s Northeast region, said in the company’s statement.
“We look forward to giving contractors access to the products and support they need to grow their businesses,” Kuchan said.
ABC Supply’s other local branches are located at 2619 Needmore Rd. and 7477 Old Troy Pike.
Based in Beloit Wis. ABC Supply bills itself as the “largest wholesale distributor of roofing in the United States and one of the nation’s largest distributors of siding, windows and other select exterior building products.”
Ken and Diane Hendricks started the company in 1982. The business today has more than 600 branches nationwide.
