The restaurant, which is expected to open Jan. 28, plans to hire 40 full-time and 50-60 part-time employees.

Bravo, which operates a restaurant on Ohio 725 near the Dayton Mall, will occupy a 7,310-square-foot space at the mall that includes a 1,500-square-foot patio.
“We are excited that Bravo! will anchor the new outdoor development project bringing an additional first-class dining option to the center,” said Kristie Miller, marketing director for the Mall at Fairfield Commons.
Two other restaurant chains — Chuy’s, an Austin, Texas-based Tex-Mex chain, and Huntington Beach, California-based BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse — also will open free-standing locations in the newly created space.
