The wireless company plans on building a $1.15 million, 4,500 square-foot building at 2340 Ohio 725, according to Kyle Hinkelman, Miami Twp. deputy director of community development.
The building will be located in front of the Target store similar to retail stores built in the parking lot at the Dayton Mall.
Verizon officials at the current Miami Twp. location could not answer questions about the new store and referred all questions to the corporation.
