During the past four years, this tri-level has had several updates within its altered floor plan.

Located at the end of a dead-end street in Beavercreek, the home at 3078 Felton Drive has about 3,120 square feet of living space. Listed for $269,900 by Sibcy Cline Realtors, the vinyl-and-brick house had an new roof installed in 2016, vinyl replacement windows, exterior doors to the garage and side service door, an updated overhead garage door and the house had gas-lines connected for a new gas forced-air furnace and central air conditioning in 2019.

The lower level also has baseboard heat and a wall-mounted heating and cooling system to allow for various options. A new water heater was installed in 2019. A spacious yard surrounds the house, and there is a storage shed and a concrete rear patio.

Updates throughout the house during the past four years include the three full bathrooms, flooring, carpeting, light fixture, and trim work, including crown molding and wainscoting.

Formal entry opens through leaded-glass double front door into a foyer with ceramic-tile flooring that wraps around into the central hallway and continues into the kitchen. The open hallway leads past the sunken living room, which has a bow window.

The formal dining room is across the hallway from the living room and accessible from the kitchen. The dining room has a starburst rosette and coved ceiling.

The hallway ends within the family room, which has wood-laminate flooring and wood-accented walls. Patio doors open to the rear patio and open back yard. A painted brick fireplace has a raised hearth and wood-beam mantel. Bookcases flank the fireplace, and wood beams accent the ceiling.

A cutout opens up the space between the family room, breakfast room and kitchen. Stained cabinetry is complemented by plenty of countertops. A large sink is below a window, and an extended counter is near the cooktop and double wall ovens. The dishwasher was replaced last year.

Access to the garage is from the kitchen, and a short hallway to the dining room provides access to a half bath, which features a vanity with extended sink and the laundry room with hanging cabinetry, sink and a window.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom is an alteration from the original design as it has a sitting room and walk-in closet. The private bath features wood-laminate flooring, a walk-in ceramic-tile shower, a double-sink vanity and a walk-in closet.

The guest bath has also been updated with a fiberglass tub/shower, single-sink vanity and wood-laminate flooring.

A door from the foyer opens to the lower level, which includes a fourth bedroom, a bonus room that could be a study or hobby room and a recreation room with above-ground windows.

The recreation room has wainscoting, crown molding, fluted wood pillars and carpeting. A third full bathroom is off the recreation room and features walk-in shower and single-sink vanity. All the mirrors and light fixtures in all three full baths have also been updated.

Patio doors in the rec room open to a concrete stairwell that leads up to the back yard.

Also, off the recreation room are a walk-in storage closet under the stairwell and the utility closet.
