Each ‘breakout game’ involves being locked in a room and following a series of clues and puzzles to make it out in under an hour.
Three games are currently being offered at Breakout Dayton: ‘The Museum Heist,’ ‘The Casino Royale,’ and ‘The Kidnapping.’
‘The Kidnapping’ traps visitors in an eerie room with chains, an empty cot, and an old sink, and is described as the “most intense” game on their website.
The attraction is continually expanding, and a fourth game called the ‘Island Escape’ is in the works.
Tickets for each game are $25 a person and up to eight people can play. Those with under eight people may be paired with another group.
