HOT TICKET

Elton John will perform at 8 p.m. April 3, at Wright State University's Nutter Center. John, the flamboyant pop-rock star for many years, previously performed at the Nutter Center in 1999 and '93. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 28. Price range from $39-$139. There will be an eight-ticket limit per customer. Tickets will be available for purchase at the Nutter Center box office, online at Ticketmaster.com, at all Ticketmaster outlets or by phone at (800) 745-3000. HOT TICKET

Announcements for summer concerts at the Fraze Pavilion in Kettering keep on coming. Most recent is a July 25 concert featuring Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys with special guests Al Jardine and David Marks. Tickets for the event will go on sale at 9 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, at the new Fraze FanFare store in Town & Country Shopping Center, 300 E. Stroop Road, Kettering, and online at www.fraze.com. Prices range from $30 for lawn and terrace seats to $55 for plaza seats. Center orchestra seats are $50, side orchestra seats are $45 and lawn and terrace seats are $35 on the day of the show.
