Violations: The following issues must be corrected as a condition of opening the remodeled curbside area:
- Remove all inflatable foam from the unistruts in the walk-in freezer
- Seal all bare wood at the POS scanner installation and other cabinetry cuts to make non-absorbent (paint, stain, varnish, polyurethane, etc.)
- Reposition the cage away from the walls to permit access for cleaning and seal the existing holes in the concrete
- Caulk/seal all pipe/ceiling penetrations throughout the curbside area
- Seal all openings in the cabinetry where adjoins the walls and where have conduct penetrations through the countertop
- Seal all control joints in the concrete slab to make smooth and easily cleanable
- Seal large openings on both ends at the top of the exit doors leaving final finish smooth and easily cleanable
- Obtain final approval from Bldg. Dept.
Before the curbside area can be placed into service must address all above noted issues and must call Sarah Jensen at 374-5618 to arrange for your final inspection.

Found fryer baskets not being cleaned daily.
Found a mop not stored hanging to air dry. Corrected.
Comments: Observed the significant changes/improvements on previous inspections. Keep up the hard work.
