Violations/comments: Cold holding equipment did not contain a thermometer. Beverage air refrigeration unit in customer self-service area was missing a thermometer. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. Bottom shelf of Victory refrigerator unit in the pantry had accumulated food debris. Recaulk the prep sink to the wall. The caulk is pulling away, allowing for debris to get between wall and sink. Overall, the facility was clean and in good order.
